Cancellation/ Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the course Life Skills First Aid will gladly transfer you, free of charge, to another date/time that might better suit your schedule. If you do find it necessary to cancel your registration the following will apply:

1. A full refund will be issued if the request to withdraw from a course is made 48 hours (2 business days) or more prior to the start of the course.
2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the start of the course.
3. If materials have been sent in advance of the course, all materials must be returned in re-saleable/re-usable condition before the refund is issued.

• If Life Skills First Aid must cancel a course a full refund will be issued or participants can be transferred to another course upon their approval.
